2. View basket
3. Choose shipping option (Incoterms)
4. Click on proceed to checkout
5. Fill in billing & shipping

How do I register?
Click the ‘Register’ button in the black bar in the header. Add your email address and the password will be sent to your email address.
What can I do if I forgot my username or password?
Click the ‘Login’ button in the black bar in the header. This section has a link ‘Lost your password?’. Add your email address and click the ‘Reset password’ button to guide you through the necessary process.
How can I change my data after registration?
From the ‘My Account’ page you have access to all your data in ‘Account Details’.
What advantages do I get from registration?
You get special discounts and information about fast delivery times.
How will I get my invoice?
Along with the products, you will receive an invoice from our sales manager.
Is insurance for all shipments included in the price?
Yes. We have insurance for all shipments.
Can I track the shipment?
By clicking on ‘Orders’ in the ‘My Account’ section you can see the status of the shipment at any time from dispatch to receipt.

When to process a return / repair?
If the product was damaged during the transportation you can request a refund or replacement.
Return / repair time?
You have 7 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a refund or replacement.
What is procedure for handling the refund or replacement?
1. Send request for the refund or replacement to email@example.com
2. Wait to receive confirmation.
3. Send the product to the address indicated in confirmation.
4. Once we receive the product, our technical service will review it and proceed with the refund or replacement applying the general conditions of sale, supply and payment associated with your order.
What do I have to pay for replacement?
For repairs in guarantee period: packaging costs, shipping costs to our warehouse, forwarding cost to customer’s address.
For repairs outside the guarantee period: packaging costs, shipping costs to our warehouse, forwarding to customer’s address.
What is the warranty period for products?
The same warranty period that its manufacturers offer due to material and manufacturing defects. These periods are between 6 and 36 months and mentioned in the conditions. Defects caused by improper use or handling are not covered by the warranty.
How will I get type test reports?
Along with the invoice, you will receive type test reports from our sales manager on request.
